Search of Talents
Sarthi is trying to reincarnation of forgotten tradition. It is to help the talented and willing children of artists’. The opportunity is provided to receive training in their native villages. In this regard, some of them have come back after receiving training of Taal, Lay, Chhand etc. from Gurus.
 
Social awareness
This is continuous process of education and instruction to support the community through discourse, camps, presentations etc, on legal, economical and medical issues
   
Bazaar

A service to interface the lower strata of the artistic communities directly with the consumer through market access, organising exhibitons and participation in expos and other exposure and development opportunities.

   
Buniyad
A scheme to integrate traditional arts in to the mainstream of education by inclusion in to school curricula and activities. This educational exercise would create an appreciation for the both, arts and skills, and the place of it’s practitioners in with the nation.
   
Ankur-Burgad
Scholarship and fellowship were given to the talented children & gurus with monetary assistance by the Theater Du Soleil of France.
   
ChilArt
The project shall aim at creating a show of a group of kids from traditional artist families.
The show so created shall travel to various schools in Delhi and perform for the school students
Habitat
One of our core areas of work is Habitat, Sarthi aims to assist artisan community to have a roof over their head. Its one of the long term objective of Sarthi and central to the projetcs at Sarthi. Its an ongoing process that has been showing results at varous places in the countrey, and shall keep going.
 
Anandgram
An on-going project to realize the Artistic communities’ ultimate vision; a crafts village to ‘converse’ with the rest of society. Such a habitat would not only ensure he survival but also provide and opportunity for these precious traditions to thrive.
 
Medical Assistance
Medical assistance is provided to the economically weak artists.
 
With the Tribal

Orissa: - After the Donger 95, Sarthi-making continuo development and awareness of art at Koraput, Kalahandi and Phoolbani in Orissa. Madhya Pradesh: -With the help of M.P. govt., there is a plan to organize a Donger festival in Buster.

   
Shilpayan
A school run by Sarthi for non-formal education and vocational training (papier mache) with the help of UNESCO. Yoga, Hygiene, Moral & Social awareness along with a mid day meal is provided to 25 young girls. An arrangement is made to sell papier mache toys produced by them.
   
Shadipur ke Shadi Wale
Women of Kathputli Colony, Shadipur Depot, New Delhi, who have never viewed their craft as anything beyond household utilitarian skills, had no concept of quality, innovation and meeting target on time. There is a need to carry the work forward from the level of awareness, motivation, interaction and participation of women and also need for inputs in design, costing and marketing to help them explore new dimensions of their skills.
   
Performances
Opportunities are provided to the performing artists by coordinating with other agencies and individuals for the private and public functions.
